At Brown Bean Coffee, we take pride in delivering high-quality coffee products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of consumable products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused and in its original packaging (if applicable)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used coffee products
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products not reported within the specified time frame

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

4. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect products delivered

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  2. Include your order details
  3. Attach photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • Otherwise, return shipping costs (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer
