1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure your request is processed in time.


3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

4. Late Cancellation Requests

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible
